Nicole Morgan, MSN, PMHNP-BC, completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Piedmont University in Athens, Georgia. After working as a Critical Care nurse in both Athens and Gainesville for 8 years, Nicole decided to follow her passion for mental health and obtained her Masters in Nursing with focus in Psychiatry & Mental Health from Walden University. She joined Athens Behavioral Medicine in October 2022 and is very excited to serve her patients in her hometown again.

 

Nicole is a firm believer in erasing the stigma that mental health can have. Her interests include anxiety, depression, treatment-resistant depression, and peri/post-partum depression. Nicole specializes in treating children and adolescents. Her goal is to ensure that her patients live their best lives, and she takes a multi-faceted approach to help them obtain this.

 

In her personal time, Nicole enjoys time with her husband, son, family, and pets. She is passionate about animal rescue and enjoys baking, reading, and true crime podcasts.
