Nicole completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Piedmont University in Athens, Georgia. After working as an adult ICU nurse in both Athens and Gainesville for 8 years, Nicole decided to follow her true passion for mental health and obtained her Masters in Nursing with focus in Psychiatry & Mental Health from Walden University. She joined Athens Behavioral Medicine in October 2022 and has enjoyed building lasting relationships with her patients and their families. 

 

One of Nicole's goals is to dissolve the stigma of mental health. She enjoys working with autistic individuals and peri/post-partum mothers. Nicole specializes in treating children and adolescents. Her goal is to ensure that her patients live their best lives, and she takes a multi-faceted, collaborative approach to help them obtain this.

 

In her personal time, Nicole enjoys time with her husband, two children, family, and pets. She is passionate about animal rescue, enjoys baking, and listening to audiobooks/podcasts.
